SNMP based checks
Use the Snmp storage check plugin to check your root (/) file system allocation. Configure lower thresholds to achieve a warning message.
This requires snmpd configuration on your monitored server side:
apt-get install snmpd
File /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf might contain:
rocommunity mi-snmp includeAllDisks
